Most products offered on the site are second-hand, thrift, or pre-owned. We describe items to the best of our ability, including condition notes, measurements, and photos.

• As-is Sales: Thrift/pre-owned items are sold as-is. Minor wear, repairs, or vintage characteristics may be present.
• No Guarantee of Origin: We do not guarantee brand authenticity or provenance of thrift items unless explicitly stated in the product description.
• Accuracy: We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability are error-free. In case of clear errors we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

7. Orders, Payments & Returns

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received before order processing. We accept payment methods listed on the site.

Returns & Refunds: Our returns policy is published separately. For thrift items, returns may be limited; please review the product listing and returns policy carefully. We will process valid refunds in a timely manner as described in our policy.

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Delivery terms, shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Dehradun, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (or its successor), unless otherwise required by law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, government actions, or internet failures. Performance times will be extended accordingly.
