All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable, we’ll fulfill what is available and notify you about waiting for restocking or issuing a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The final shipping price is shown during checkout and collected with your order payment.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

We accept returns due to change of mind within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers must cover return shipping and arrange it themselves. Refunds will be processed as store credit, excluding the original shipping cost.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt will be honored. Return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer, and we will reimburse once the warranty claim is approved. Claims are processed within 7 days, and you may choose:

Domestic orders typically take 2–7 business days for delivery depending on your location.

International orders usually take 4–22 business days, depending on the selected courier and destination country.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday (excluding national holidays).

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

You may change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. Boxes using postal services only. Courier shipping is not available to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We support shipping to military addresses via USPS only.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, your order will be held until it's restocked. In-stock items will be reserved for you during this time.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery time exceeds the estimated window, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link with real-time updates from the shipping provider.

If your parcel is visibly damaged, please reject it and contact our support. If delivered without your presence, contact us immediately with photos and next steps.

For international orders, import duties and taxes are pre-paid—no additional charges upon arrival.
